Our standard delivery service delivers to UK mainland within 3 to 5 working days for in stock items and 14+ working days for items not currently held in stock. We will update you via email if your item is not currently in stock.
We will exchange or refund any goods that appear to be faulty. Items that are unwanted we shall refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt provided they are returned unopened, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
Due to the nature of the products we supply items that have been opened we cannot exchange or refund due to hygiene reasons

Can I cancel my order at anytime?
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days to cancel the contract for your order with us.
In this case we will issue you with a full refund however you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them.
In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return.
