Faulty Items 
If you receive a product which needs to be returned due to a manufacturing fault it will be replaced or refunded as per your instructions. Please return it to us within 14 days using the returns procedure below. 

Non Faulty Items
Due to the nature of the products we supply, we will exchange* items provided they are returned complete, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, with any appropriate security tags intact, within 14 days of receipt or Refund* with 7 days of receipt. This policy is in accordance with current UK laws, and we have no obligation to offer an exchange or refund on any item(s) arriving after this time.

*We cannot accept non-faulty, items that have been opened due to the intimate nature of these products they cannot be re-sold and would have to be discarded.

If a returned item, upon inspection, is deemed to have been worn we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. 

Return Postage Costs
You will need to pay the postage on the returned goods. If your return is due to a manufacturing fault, then, as long as you request an exchange, we will refund your return postage costs once the return has been processed.  Please note that total refund amount can never exceed the initial transaction value.

Returns Procedure 
All returns must be agreed in advance and a Returns Form completed and included within the parcel. The Returns Form can be supplied by email by any member of staff. Items that are returned to us without following this procedure will not be accepted. Just contact us on 0845-519-0416 or email sales@stockings123.co.uk and one of our advisors will be happy to help. 

1. Please package up the products to be returned carefully and place in a suitable padded envelope. If you still have the original packaging  that would be ideal. 

2. Please include your complete returns note

3. Send your returns good to the address provided from one of our members of staff

4. Once we receive your returned goods in an acceptable condition a refund or replacement will be processed (Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your returns and process your refund or exchange)

If a returned item, upon inspection, is deemed to have been worn we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange

Cancelling your order

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days to cancel the contract for your order with us. In this case we will issue you with a full refund however you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them.
